Tuition/Payments

Monthly Tuition

*IDA offers discounted rates for those students wishing to take unlimited classes. Please contact the studio for special rates. NOTE: Students must be registered for all classes they plan on attending.

Due Date

Tuition is due by the 1st of each month. There is NO PRORATING of tuition due to missed classes or number of weeks in the month. Tuition is the same whether there is 3, 4, or 5 weeks of classes in the month.

Students who miss classes are encouraged to attend make up classes. Please call the studio in advance to inquire about make up classes. There is a $10 late fee for all overdue tuition balances.

Payment Methods

All payments can be made via cash, check, or credit card. Credit card payments can either be made in person or through the parent portal in Dance Studio Pro. Note: There is a processing fee for any payments made via credit card.

All parents have the option to enroll in Auto-Pay. As long as a credit card is on file in the parent portal in Dance Studio Pro, Auto-Pay is an option. Tuition will automatically be charged at the beginning of each month. If for some reason the Auto-pay fails, notification will be sent an an alternate method of payment will be needed immediately.

Discounts

There is a $10/month discount for any sibling.

Recital Costume Payments

Recital costume deposits are usually taken in the November/December timeframe in preparation for the annual recital in June. The deposit is usually 50% of the final costume cost. The cost of each recital costume is usually $80-$100. The final cost include the costume, tights, and any accessories (such as hats or hairpieces). Final payments are made once the costumes come in and are fitted on all students. No costumes will be sent home until final payments are made.
